Product Authenticity & Purity
- All our products are crafted using high-purity 22ct gold, fine silver, and conflict-free gemstones.
- Each piece undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure authenticity and craftsmanship.
- Hallmarking and certification are available upon request for applicable items.
Custom Orders
- A 50% advance payment is required before production begins.
- Once design approval is confirmed, the order becomes non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or altered.
- Custom orders take 10–30 business days depending on complexity.
Returns & Exchanges
- Ready-made items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused.
- Earrings and body jewellery are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Repairs & Remodelling
- 30-day workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
- Does not include damage from wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
- Cost estimates will be shared prior to commencing work.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted in AUD and include applicable taxes.
- Prices subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, and UPI (in-store).
Shipping & Delivery
- We provide secure, insured shipping with tracking.
- Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume.
Liability
Patadia Jewellery shall not be held responsible for indirect losses or damages caused by delays, product misuse, or third-party services.

All designs, photos, content, and branding on our website and promotional materials remain the intellectual property of Patadia Jewellery.
